PRODUCT REVIEW// CLINIQUE BEYOND PERFECTING FOUNDATION+CONCEALER
Well hello my lovelies, long time no speak. But I am happy to bring this post to you as I have been desperate to find this product and get a review out!
This is the Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation and Concealer. This has been one of my most highly lusted products for a while now. I have hunted high and low for my colour since the product came out last year but luckily I saw it on The Debenhams website and made a very quick purchase as I would regret if it were to sell out again.
For a high end Foundation, £25 is not half bad, and considering all Clinique products are fitted to certain skin types is pretty amazing. I know alot of brands do this, but since I have been using their skin care it has definitely made a difference to my skin when using the products together.
My first thoughts on the foundation was I thought the colour would be dark for my skin tone, And it does have a slightly darker tone than what I would normally go for, but once you have applied and waited for it to dry it evens out your skin tone and gives a nice duey finish to the skin.
My only flaw in this product is that you kind of have to work quickly with the application. I use my Real Techniques Sponge my foundations and I have definitely seen that it can be hard to work into the skin as it dries quite quickly, but if you are constantly moving the product with the damp sponge it will be great! Always spend more time on your base because that is the main focus on your face.
Over all I am extremely pleased with my purchase and cant wait to see how long it lasts on a night out and heavy 12 hour days out. Definitely worth the £25, Its important to spend more on a base as the value of the product is definitely worth the pay out of how it will look on your face.
