I am so glad that I am finally able to talk about baby Peach now, it feels like it has been a long time coming and it definitely has been the longest 3 months of my life, but I want to tell you all about how we found out and how my first trimester went.
We found out that we were expecting on the 13th of January. I had been explaining to both H and my mum about how I was feeling and even though I had taken quite a few tests they all came back negative. But me and H were in Tesco and I was due my period in a few days but I still couldn't put my finger on how I was feeling. So I said I would take one more test and if it was still Negative then I would make a drs appointment.
I got home, done my thing and put it to the side, not thinking anything of it and expecting it to come up Not Pregnant, so I look at the test and there you had it I was 1-2 weeks pregnant. I was in shock, I couldn't believe it, because so many had came back that I wasn't I was certain this would say the same. My automatic reaction was to tell my parents and of course Harry as well, they were shocked, It definitely took everyone a while to get into their head that we were expecting and It definitely took me the longest, probably right up until my scan I would say, even though I was experiencing pregnancy symptoms. Everyone is very excited for baby Peach and it is definitely going to be an amazing experience to build a family and future with someone who I love so very much and wouldn't change a moment that we have together.
So regarding symptoms and my first trimester experience there has been a few. My major symptom was definitely the exhaustion that weighed me down for most of the trimester, but more so in the beginning. That was probably what made me test in the first place, I'm definitely not someone who would nap in the day and for a good week I was sleeping straight after work. By my 7 weeks, morning sickness definitely kicked in properly and was making things very difficult in the morning. Smells of certain things would make me feel very sick or being sick it just wasn't a pleasant experience. Pregnancy nose is definitely a thing, I am smelling things so much more now that I'm pregnant its crazy! Also having to pee all the time, its ridiculous haha. Theres little things that I wouldn't really think about, like my hair has gotten a lot thinner, my hormones have made my hair fall out quite a bit a made it very limp, so here is hoping it will get better in the next few months.
The list goes on and on, but those I would say are my main ones that were definitely the most noticeable throughout my first trimester.
For my more regular updates keep an eye on my social media and snapchat to see what baby peach, H and myself get up to.

Ah! Our stories are so similar! I found out on the day I was supposed to start my period: January 17th and went through the awful nauseated morning sickness phase till week 13. And smells are the worst!
