GO TO DAYTIME MAKE UP

These are my favourite kind of posts to read and I hope you guys enjoy them too. This is my everyday face and the products that I use. Most of which have already been on the blog but they are faves at the moment.

1. Base

Foundation
I have been starting with a bb cream under my foundation to keep my skin extra highdrated so that my foundation goes on smoothly, but I don't always use this step, it just depends on when I apply my moisturiser.
The foundation is probably the part I can struggle with the most mainly because I can never find a foundation suitable for my skin, until now. I have been using the Loreal True Match foundation with my Real Techniques Expert face brush for a while and it has gave me the best look since I have been wearing foundation itself. I sometimes switch the application with my Real Techniques sponge, but mine is currently on the road out and I need to repurchase. I highly recommend the foundation if you have dry skin like myself and like to have a nice duey finish to your skin.

Concealer
This is without a doubt my holy grail concealer, which is the Collection Last Perfection Concealer in the shade 1 fair. This is perfect for everything, and even with dry skin it still looks amazing. It's definitely full coverage and covers blemishes brilliantly. For my under eye I have been mixing the concealer with my foundation to make it less heavy under my eyes, and this really helps it not to crease as much. But for a great high coverage all round amazing concealer, definitely pick this one up!

2. Eyes and Eyebrows

Eyeshadow
For my eyes during the day I definitely keep it simple, unless I am feeling extra bold and want to try all my eyeshadows at once. So for this I always reach for my Urban Decay Naked Palette, this was the first ever high end brand and product that I ever bought and it is still one of my favourites to this day. I normally just give a wash of the colour Naked all over the lid and maybe the colour Buck in the crease, but if I'm in a rush then it is mostly just a lid colour. Something simple and easy to apply in the rush out the door.

Mascara
Mascara for me is something really important, without it I really do feel naked. I could wear only this on my face and be quite happy to go out. At the moment I have been trying a Clinique sample, at the moment it seems okay, but it really stings your eyes if they water and the mascara gets in, so that is something that puts me off about the formula. But apart from that, the mascara gives me everything I need in itself, it gives length and volume and I can't ask for anything better. But the stinging is something that bothers me about it and if forcing me to change. I would definitely try out samples first before buying the actual product because you never know what the product could do to your eyes or face and if you react badly to it, it would just be a waste of money, especially if its high end.

Eyebrows
I have been keeping my brows really simple at the moment as I am trying to get a natural look back and make them slightly thicker, so leaving them to grow has been such a horrible experience, only because I like nice neat brows, but hopefully get them waxed soon, so they look much better. But all I have been adding in my brows has been the Maybelliene Brow Drama, which is a tinted gel and keeps them tamed and gives the hairs a little colour. Which is a bonus if I am not regularly getting them tinted with my eyebrow lady. But for a cheaper alternative to Gimme Brow by Benefit I would definitely recommend this product.

And for lips I just add a bit of my Carmex lip balm just because it's easy to apply and lipstick is too much hassle for me everyday..lol

This is pretty much all my products that I use for my everyday/ got to day time look. It's simple and rushing out the door friendly.
Let me know if you recommend any products, mascaras etc...would be great to hear what you guys think.

Thanks for reading, and check all my social media and snapchat for regular updates.
